Download the forms which are in document
format (.doc). Save them to your computer as templates (.dot).
They will then automatically be saved in
your Word templates folder
To open a form: Open Word > click on
New > select Templates on my Computer > select the form you want to
complete.
After completion save it with a file name.doc
and return it as an attachment to an e-mail to the address on the form.
