I started taking photos with a Brownie 127 camera some 53 years ago and am still as interested as ever, although now I’ve progressed through several cameras to the current Nikon D200.

I have been fortunate enough to work in professional photography for a time and to teach photography at the local college, but am now semi-retired. I am a member of the recently formed Settle Photographic Group.

Home is in the Yorkshire Dales so most of my photos have a northern flavour. Moonlit Snowscape is my last image from 2009, being taken around 7 o’clock on New Year ’s Eve.
