"I am almost an octogenarian having been a holiday snapper for over
60 years but with limited results.
With the advent of digital imaging I have found a new life and have
progressed with Nikon equipment from D200 through D300 to D700 with a D7000 as
a back up, together with various Nikkor lenses.
Having been a keen hill walker and climber in my time, I am interested
in landscapes and more recently in architectural, record and heritage photography - mainly
because the subjects tend not to move, unlike wildlife subjects !
I am a member of Leeds Photographic Society - the oldest Photographic
Society in the world - and currently Publicity Officer. I enter club, inter club and YPU
competitions with improving results and I am preparing to enter for the LRPS.".
