Ernie Howard

I have been a photographer of sorts all my life ever since my dad gave me his old pre-war Agfa folding camera. I became a bit more serious when I joined Driffield Photographic Society in 1978 and all the years as a member has improved my photography immensely. I am a true amateur and take pictures only for the love of it.

Nearly all my photographs are taken with my trusty Lumix FZ38 Bridge camera which accompanies me everywhere and is takes photographs of excellent quality, is incredibly versatile and so convenient to carry. Gone are the days of SLRs and bags full of lenses.

I have a Flickr site under the name howarew where I post a picture taken every day, a blogspot site called eyebraincamerafingers and I contribute to DPS Flickr site.
