Pontefract Camera Club
I am a very
enthusiastic and addicted newcomer to photography. I got my DSLR in December 2009 and then went
on to join Pontefract Camera Club a few months later.
I have really benefited from being part of a club and have learnt a great deal
by talking other members, submitting images for critique nights and entering
competitions. The flickr
website has also given me lots of support and inspiration.
Photography has
made me see the world in totally different light, it
has opened my eyes to the beauty of simple everyday things that would otherwise
have gone unnoticed.
At the moment I am enjoying taking shots of a wide variety of
subjects. The scope of processing
software is so amazing and this gives me endless opportunities to satisfy my
artistic side.
